Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: July 21, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes how you may — and may not — use HG28's AI generation services and marketplace. It is part of our Terms of Service.

1. Purpose

HG28 is a creative platform for building games, characters, worlds and interactive prototypes. This AUP protects our community, our providers and third parties.

2. Prohibited content

You must not use HG28 to generate, upload or distribute:

  • Child sexual abuse material or any content that sexualises minors.
  • Non-consensual sexual content or sexual deepfakes of real people.
  • Content that incites, glorifies or provides operational detail for terrorism, mass violence, or the creation of weapons capable of mass harm (chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear).
  • Content designed to harass, threaten, dox, defame or discriminate against individuals or protected groups.
  • Content that infringes third-party intellectual property, publicity or privacy rights.
  • Malware, phishing kits, credential stealers or tooling used to compromise systems.
  • Content that impersonates real individuals, brands or public figures with intent to deceive.

3. Prohibited behaviour

  • Attempting to bypass safety filters, rate limits, credit metering or authentication.
  • Reselling raw credits or reselling the Service to third parties without written agreement.
  • Scraping, reverse-engineering or copying the platform to build a competing product.
  • Using the Service in a manner that overloads or destabilises our infrastructure.
  • Chargeback abuse or use of stolen payment methods.

4. Rights of the community

You are responsible for the prompts you submit and the content you distribute. Do not misrepresent AI-generated content as human-authored where such disclosure is required by law or platform rules.

5. Enforcement

Violations may result in:

  • Removal of Generated Content.
  • Suspension or termination of your account.
  • Forfeiture of remaining credits, where permitted by law.
  • Reporting to law enforcement when we believe there is a legal obligation to do so.

6. Reporting abuse

To report content or behaviour that violates this AUP, email [email protected] with links, screenshots and any relevant context. We review reports promptly and take proportionate action.

7. Changes

We may update this AUP as new risks emerge. Continued use of HG28 after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
