These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and HG28 Studio ("HG28", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the HG28 website, marketplace and AI generation services ("Service"). By creating an account or purchasing credits you accept these Terms.
1. Eligibility & account
You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use HG28. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Passwords must be at least 8 characters long.
2. Credits and services
- HG28 operates on a prepaid credit system. One credit costs €0.10 (base price).
- Each AI service (Character, World, Assets, NPC, Quest, Animation, Audio, Prototype) consumes a fixed number of credits displayed on its card and modal before purchase.
- Credits are not money, are non-transferable, and carry no interest.
- Volume discounts and promo codes apply as shown at checkout. The personal welcome promo code grants a 5% discount on the first order.
3. Payment methods
Bank transfer is currently the only active payment method. Card, PayPal and Stripe options are marked "Coming soon" and cannot be used to complete an order. Bank details are emailed after checkout; credits are added once payment is confirmed (typically 1–2 business days).
4. User content and licence
You retain ownership of the prompts you submit and, subject to applicable law, of the output generated for you ("Generated Content"). You grant HG28 a limited licence to host, process and display Generated Content solely to operate the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your prompts and use of Generated Content do not infringe third-party rights.
5. Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it, and we may withhold or reverse credits obtained through fraud, chargebacks or abuse.
6. Availability and changes
The Service is provided on an as-is basis. We may add, modify or remove features, and we may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
7. Intellectual property
The HG28 name, logo, UI, marketplace design and platform code are owned by HG28 Studio. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our trademarks or platform code beyond your right to use the Service.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete or biased. HG28 does not guarantee that Generated Content is fit for any specific purpose, free of third-party claims, or suitable for commercial release without your own review.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HG28's aggregate liability under these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to HG28 in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or lost-profit damages.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or applicable law. Unused credits associated with a terminated account may be forfeited where permitted by law.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which HG28 Studio is established, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Consumer rights under mandatory local law remain unaffected.
